About

I am a PhD student and an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist. My research interests center on advancing naturalistic and functional treatment approaches for aphasia, with a particular interest in conversation-based and group interventions. I am dedicated to understanding how aphasia impacts social participation and everyday functioning, and she aims to investigate outcomes that extend beyond core language impairment, including behavioral and neural markers of recovery. Informed by her clinical experience, I hope to support the translation of research into meaningful, evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life for individuals with aphasia and their families.
